Community

Lazy afternoon in Harwich, after an awkward morning revisiting unintentionally shared experiences with a virtual stranger. How does the universe know then, when we need to these links and bonds?  When you've sat too long alone with your confusion and bafflement, you're offered a seat at a table you didn't even know existed or that you needed a seat at.

In unexpected ways, can community appears.  Catharsis, shared trauma, and - one hopes - healing.  It was like that with the Isdal Woman's story pulled me out of a dark reverie, when she whispered 'Time for a safe harbour, darling. Only stay out to sea so long.'
